Ingredients: 1 large watermelon sliced in half horizontally, 250ml strained orange juice, 125ml strained lemon juice, 6 tablespoons of NesProteins Beef Gelatin (2 tablespoons for every cup of liquid), 3 punnets of strawberries to decorate. Method: Hollow watermelon by scooping out the fruit, process the watermelon in a blender jug and strain, add water to the watermelon half and pour the water into a jug to determine total volume then discard the water. Mix 6 tablespoons of NesProteins gelatin into 1/2 cup of orange juice in a small pan and heat and stir until completely dissolved then set aside to cool. Take your mixer jug of watermelon juice, add orange juice & lemon juice, leaving room to add the gelatin mix, once cool add the and gelatin mix to the blender jug and mix thoroughly. Pour into the watermelon half that is placed into a baking pan to prevent from tipping when full. Add stawberries to the watermelon, place in fridge for 6 hours.
