3 ripe avocados 1 Roma tomato ¼ C chopped red onion 1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice 2 Tbsp of fresh cilantro, chopped 1 jalapeño, deseeded and diced 1 garlic clove, diced 4 scoops NesProteins Collagen Hydrolysate salt and pepper to season Instructions: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados and lime juice. Carefully stir in onion, cilantro, tomato, garlic and jalapeño, until well combined. Then, add in the collagen and stir till dissolved. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for 1 hour for best flavour and enjoy! Serves 6. Serve this guacamole along side corn chips for a healthy snack and know you’re helping promote healthy hair, skin, nails, bone and joints with every bite.
